What did you do with your Mustang today?

I will either get it done by the guy that did my Whipple or a buddy that has his own shop.
Most likely the tech that did the Whipple already, and more recently installed the new gauges in the girlfriend's car and did the rear diff service too

Install will be done with a buddy, not sure if he'll charge me, but I'm thinking/hoping that it won't be more than $200 either way.
This is the JPC Racing kit that I'm planning on, except the flywheel, I'll most likely end up with a steel unit of stock or close-to-stock weight.
Then hoping to make back $1500-2500 by selling off the MT82, Barton, DSS driveshaft, etc.

Too bad Ford dropped the ball on the transmission. That's going to be a much better, smoother and SAFER transmission. Keep us posted.

Test Drive! We drove it about 10 miles this evening (no hood or bumper cover). We should be completely done by Friday, and we're going to a car meet to celebrate. When the car is completely back together, I'll post another video or two or three.

Took my Mustang down to Big Daddy's Performance in LakeWood NJ for a Dyno Run and Tune. I highly recommend them if you live in the area. Mike did a great job and is chock full of information

Looked at her in the garage, examined the wiring for the parking lights, and eagerly am awaiting (wife is, while I'm at work) the arrival of the big brown truck with some goodies.

Using high-temp flat black paint, I painted the new VMP heat exchanger black.
I was gonna paint something just on the bottom part, that would be seen through the open lower grille (Roush grille-delete kit to be installed at the same time), but I decided to just make it blend into the background for a more "sleeper" look.

Congrats on the Ground Control stuff. I almost got that set up instead of my Konis. Let us know how the results/ride are… You got the full coil overs?

I know this is minor compared to previous posts, but I installed a K&N air filter in my V6. It actually improved the engine response and the sound of the exhaust. Not sure about the claims for better gas mileage or more horsepower, but the acceleration seems smoother and more responsive. This was just the OEM replacement, not the whole cold air intake systems. Wondering what the experience has been of others who did this.
