Looking forward to this evening. Dinner in Atlanta, followed by Blue Öyster Cult at the Variety Playhouse.
A Man Just Needs Some....
Trick or treat moved up to tonight because of weather forecast tomorrow. Didn't realize this was in a garage down my street. The lady wants to sell it also. Damm this car is not in my plans but oh the possibilities. Gonna have to think on this one for a while.

I used to be one that hated to see a bowtie in a Ford, but at this point, shove it in there. The LS motor is powerful, cheap and bullet proof. I'm losing faith in a lot of ****.
Hell, I'm wanting another late model hot rod, and I'm looking at SRT stuff. I've been a Ford man my whole life, but I'm really pissed at Ford right now, and I own a bunch of Ford stock.

That's a gorgeous car. Would love some have something similar someday. Here's a little inspiration from Back to the 50s back in June.

**** it, I've given up on purity at this point. Put a hot LS motor in it and a 4L80 and a 9" Ford out back and drive the **** out of it. To each his own I guess but chopped and slammed has been around way too long to call it a fad. The bags just make it a bit more drivable. It's a plain jane 49 shoebox which is awesome but I couldn't ride in it just as it sits. Chopped and slammed and I would pimp the **** out of that thing.

Been looking at Challengers. They've got a loaded '15 SRT auto that I love, but also have a '16 R/T Scat Pack with the SRT 392 motor and 6 speed in a stripped down version which would be pretty bad ***. But I think I want an auto in the next hot rod I buy, I'm about over manuals with my knees the way they are. Don't know if I should look deeper at the SRT, or wait a little while and find a Hellcat with an auto. Plus, the manual Challengers with the SRT 392 motor have a $1000 gas guzzler tax and the autos don't.
Or, do I wait for the rumored Hellcat Grand Cherokee next year? That should be a BAMF. 707 hp, AWD in an SUV that can carry groceries and 5 people.
Or do I say **** it and start looking at a Cadillac CTS-V with the 600+ hp Z06, Z07 motor?
Or do I just finally admit to myself that I'm old, going bald, have a small ***** and buy a C7 Z06. I didn't like them at first but I've seen a lot of them on the road when I was on vacation for the last month and I've grown to love the C7, a LOT.

Out of those, I'd go with the Challenger. I see Corvettes everywhere. And they're always stock and driven by old men who are afraid to take them past the speed limit. I see TONS of challengers too, but it's a dang good looking car. Jeep is cool, but I'd rather DD that. As for the Cadillac. Not my thing.
