Not to turn this thread into a Cherokee rant but I had enough with that vehicle. I traded mine in on a 2015 Explorer 4wd a few months ago and guess what, no problems. I've even had the Explorer on rough dirt/gravel/ rocky forest trails in the high country of AZ and I was surprised how capable it is with the select terrain. Of course it is not as capable off road as your Cherokee TH but it suits my needs fine. The big thing is that it shifts smooth and no problems so far. I'd post a few pictures of my Explorer off roading but this is a Mustang forum and not an Explorer or Cherokee forum. Sorry guys I just had to post this after seeing the post about the problems with the Cherokee and its recall notices that denlem got. Oh and by the way, nice Wrangler 08GTcandyapple. That's probably the Jeep I should have gotten instead of the Cherokee. Good luck with your Cherokee denlem.
The recalls are not bad, any car can have them. If you saw my diminished value thread over at JCC, I did try to trade mine in. I was offered below book at my selling dealer, and another dealer didn't want it because of the accident. I'm gonna hang in there for the 2017 model and see what that turns out to be. If not that, i'll lean towards an Edge or Escape. There is the slight possibility of an Ecoboost Mustang, but I need something year round and that's just not practical choice.

I have one mounted on my seat backs for the rear passengers to watch movies. The only drawback is that you have to flip both seats forward at once

I have also been relaxing all day and hanging out with my family it was a nice weekend out of Long Island but have to go back tomorrow
The job huntcontinues and I am so sick of the rejection emails but all it will take is one call.

Same here. Didn't get up until after 2 (but I didn't go to bed til about 5 this morning). Supposed to be cold and rain all day tomorrow, think I'll just stay in bed all day with a nice warm blanket and a cool room.

Well, with job market we have under this president, he's probably thinking he may have to live in the car at some point and wants the room.
