Not directly but we are represented by USW. The unions are in pretty good shape in my area but it's still a battle that needs to be taken care of. I doubt if we will see a strike but the price of oil is way down so negotiations would be real tough right now. It's great when the refineries are making money but they just lost $2/gal in the last few months. I would ask for a year extension on the contract to see how things settle out. Just can't ask for more money when the company is making less, even when it's not the refinery or the workers fault. So hooray Obama got gas prices down and look where we are now. Middle class jobs in jeopardy.

It's a double edge sword. Everybody is happy to see gas prices go down except for the oil workers.

You can get a discount at Canada again. lol Darren was complaining about the 12% difference now if he buys a tuner from Steeda. I remember in the 70's when I first went there the discount was like 25%.

Right - and those are some of the few high wage jobs these last few years. The majority of the 'jobs' added the last several months have been restaurant and hospitality which are at the lower end of the scale. I usually change the channel when he comes on. He can shove his left wing gun and other opinions up his St. Louis asz. Missouri has always been a mixed up State but he personifies it. .!..

So disappointed!! That is totally on Pete Carroll. 
After a great gutsy call at the end of the 1st half, he throws a pass in the last few seconds within a few yards of the goal line??? To screw up the winning touchdown??
How many times has he called a diversion and given it either to BeastMode or let Russell Wilson run in. Jeebus that was stoopid.
A) Kearse save was awesome!!
B) Paul Allen dumbfounded! lol
C) This is for both Pete and cheater Brady!

I haven't seen him in the past few weeks, but now this Redtail Hawk is coming in to feed (they are pretty common here, had a nesting pair right above the barn about 10 yrs ago). Kelly chased him off on Friday as he grabbed a meal, but since its raining today she's still in her kennel.
So he has swooped down twice this morning but I haven't been able to get a pic yet. Plus he heads a few trees beyond the clearing so I can hardly see him eat. Whereas the owl sat at the edge of the clearing watching for the next snack.
