The other night I was considering going social network postal in a blaze of glory. And then I just thought **** it. I don't even care enough to do that. Maybe one day I'll just stop showing up and everyone will think my wife finally had enough of me and figured out I was worth more dead than alive. Should I be concerned that when I type in how to on Google the first suggestion is tamper with brakes to make it look like an accident.
Probably just coincidence.

I'm the same way. I have been documenting my mods on the '14 on my iPad but haven't wanted to start my own build thread mainly because it's not as easy to do on a mobile device. It's funny looking back now when I had my 06 I posted everything about it. Multiple blowers, five different exhaust comparisons, cam comparisons, header installs, etc etc etc. Maybe I'm just lazy now lol.

For whatever reason while I still have interest in modding my cars and still do it seems my interest in this site from a Mustang perspective is done for. I can't take the constant inane threads. I drove a Ecoboost and this is what I think. I replaced my shorty antenna. I washed my car heres a hundred pics. V6 vs V8. EB4 vs V6. Blah blah blah put a bullet in my brain.

Even with the "magic 5.0" or the "S550 Unicorn".
It's still interesting to read when someone picks their own assortment and to read the results.

This guy was at Cars and Coffee. Probably mid 60s, really nice fellow. Competition Orange Boss and Wimbledon White 50th (paid under sticker for both). I asked him which one he liked to drive more - said they're two different animals (of course).

Here's the thing though, a lot of the newer members *should* be here to learn, and likely are here to learn. But, we should be welcoming regardless. People contribute in different ways until they get comfortable.
With that said, I do get tired of the EB vs V6 vs V8. Every conversation is exactly the same. I could script it from memory (dating back years).
As far as learning, that's one reason I went with the EB. I've been the V8 route and did the work on my Mach 1, Magnum and GT. I didn't and don't have much experience with the Turbo and - like it or not - it'll be around for a long, long while. It's seems prudent to have the experience.
I'll probably get a tuner and catch-can first. Based on current exhaust, I may leave it alone (it'll never sound like a V8, but I do not want a raspy, rattly civic sounding noise). Looking at CAI, bigger intercooler and then we'll see what else is available.
However, it'll probably be summer before I have money to do much (because my daughter is a Senior, last 4 months!), which should also give time for more work on the vendor development side. My biggest mod so far are floor mats my wife bought me for Christmas.
I've had it over two months and it only has ~1100K miles, most of that in the first 2/3 weeks. It'll be a few more months before I have much else to write about it. I'm just hoping when I do, the whole "You should have bought a V8' comments are history
