Neither have I. No real desire to either.

I supposedly got a parking ticket at a meter that I know was paid with plenty of time. No ticket on the car but I got a late payment notice in the mail on Friday. I go down to city hall to fight it but have to fill out a form explaining why I shouldn't have to pay it. They have a couple of pics of my car parked in the spot, but i'm not denying my car was there, just that it was paid.
Anyway, can any of you with better writing skills think of any better wording or changes I should make? It's only a $15 or $20 fine, but I know there was plenty of time on the meter so i'm gonna appeal it as far as I can.
----
At approximately 11:50am on 05/24/13, I parked on Green Street for lunch at Smokestack BBQ. I parked across the street from the restaurant on the street at a parking meter. My friend and I deposited coins into the meter which brought the time in the meter to well over an hours worth of parking time, which would bring the paid parking time past 1:00pm.
On Friday July 5th, I received a 2nd notice in the mail for a parking ticket I never received. After examining this notice, I find that it is for the parking on my lunch date at Smokestack BBQ. The notice is dated 05/24/13 at 12:27 pm at a Green Street location.
This was a surprise to me since there was no ticket placed on my car, and the meter was paid up for over an hour and the alleged ticket was written for approximately 30 minutes after my arrival and meter payment.
It was a calm cloudy day and there was no rain at the time to blow away any ticket. Also, someone leaning against the car to place a ticket on it could have set off the alarm in the car, and there was no alarm activation.
Since two of us were at the meter watching the time increase as we paid for parking, we are certain there was more than sufficient time available on the meter. I am requesting that this ticket be dismissed due to either a meter malfunction or ticket writer error. Perhaps the ticket writer realized his/her error and that is why a ticket was never placed on the car, but was mistakenly submitted when returned back to the office?

Perhaps "Since two of us were at the meter watching the time increase as we paid for parking, my friend was a witness that there was more than sufficient time available on the meter."
PS: Do you remember what time you left the spot? Did you by chance see time remaining on the meter? Did you pay for lunch by card with maybe a time stamp on receipt?

You need a physical therapist. There's some stretches and easy exercises you can do to at least help some with that. I have the same issues but probably not as bad. Chiropractors can help relieve it too temporarily. Left knee is shot and sciatic also but the sciatic has been much better since I quit working on cars.
I don't think he'll go. I think he believes they can't relieve it. But that much ongoing pain and I'd be trying something. Cause clearly whisky isn't fixing it. Lord knows he's tried.

I've seen a few PPV caprices for sale lately. Just not enough good options though. Even the detective duty Caprices are pretty stripped.
