It felt good outside, but the clouds sucked. Plus there were a few sprinkles of rain.

 

Oh boo freakin' hoo. Its rained about a foot here this week. Still raining now, another 3-4 inches by tomorrow night.

 

Maybe it'll get cold and turn into snow and ice.

 

Saturday night and everything's boring as hell. Went out for dinner and there was barely anyone there. Just driving down the road, there was no one around!

That's because all the smart yankees (if there is such a thing) are in the South on the beach for 4th of July vacation.

 

Oh yeah, everyone's at their cabin, traffic is going to suck tomorrow.

 

In the pouring rain? Some fun.

Supposed to be 90's Monday though. But after all this rain I'm sure the humidity will be about 400%, probably break a sweat just scratching your ****.

Son of a B I'm hurting tonight. Can barely get in and out of the recliner to fix a drink. Dread having to get into the bed in a little bit.

 

Sorry to hear that. I can't seem to get going on anything.

 

Going to bed really sucks. I tighten up and hurt so bad. The effed up thing is that I'm most comfortable on my back with my leg pulled up (foot) toward me. However, I can't sleep on my back at all. I'll doze off and when I try to roll over onto my stomach in my sleep, stabbing pain wakes me up. And when I finally manage to get over on my stomach, every time I move I feel like I'm being killed with an ice pick in my back and down my leg. Stupid **** nerves, amazing how much pain they can cause when they're in a bind or being pushed on by discs in the back.

 

Is that the sciatic nerve down the leg?

 

Yes, among other things. Radiates from my lower back, into my right **** cheek, down the outside of my thigh and explodes into my knee (which is ****ed up itself from other stuff) down my calf into my ankle (which is ****ed up too) and into my foot to my toes which go numb.

 

Uggh... the last day of vacation and i'm up early so i'll be tired to go to bed early to get up early and not be tired tomorrow.

 

You need a physical therapist. There's some stretches and easy exercises you can do to at least help some with that. I have the same issues but probably not as bad. Chiropractors can help relieve it too temporarily. Left knee is shot and sciatic also but the sciatic has been much better since I quit working on cars.

 

This is my last day before vacation. Driving out to Florida when I get out of here.
