Mustangs Coast to Coast
Local radio station forgot to turn off the mic, and said the phone number of one of the guys from 1 direction. They are giving away tickets for their concert, so all the crazy fans were listening
Thats an old trick. I would be willing to bet that it was a fake number they gave out, and what they are gonna do is go back and listen to all of the voice mails by crazed fans. A couple of guys used to do that here every so often
Great minds?
Sure about that MeeMaw?? My grandmother is called mawmaw.

Anybody going to watch The Bridge on FX tonight? Been getting more and more intrigued by the previews. Not to mention I really like a lot of their series (SOA, Justified, etc.)

Truck rolls, spilling chickens in downtown Salem
SALEM, Ore. (AP) -- Police say a commercial tractor-trailer rig hauling about 5,400 live chickens overturned Tuesday in downtown Salem, Ore., spilling birds into the street.
Police Lt. Dave Okada said "a considerable number" of chickens died in the crash and many others appeared to have died during a nearly six-hour cleanup.
The Salem Statesman Journal reported some birds lay lifeless in the street, and others walked slowly in circles.
Okada says the load originated in rural Polk County, Ore., and was bound for Kelso, Wash. He says the driver, 41-year-old Patricia Aguilar of Kelso, was taken to a hospital for observation.
In a statement, Foster Farms said it contracted with a hauling company to transport the chickens.
The statement said Foster Farms is "committed to the safety of live poultry during transport" and regrets the accident. The company said the birds were being hand-collected and no dead birds would enter the food supply.
The crash remains under investigation.

Sheep on the lam elude police for a year
MEDFORD, Ore. (AP) -- Two sheep that were on the loose in Medford have been captured after nearly a year on the lam.
The sheep had been crossing Interstate 5 and interfering with traffic. They fled into a greenway and avoided capture until Monday night when they were cornered by police and volunteers behind an apartment building.
This is going to get interesting in the decades ahead...
In historic first, Navy lands unmanned drone on aircraft carrier

For the first time ever, a fighter jet-sized drone piloted entirely by computer landed on a modern aircraft carrier.
The successful touch down paves the way for unmanned aircraft to operate alongside traditional airplanes, providing around-the-clock surveillance while also possessing strike capability. Secretary of the Navy Ray Mabus was clearly aware of the import of the historic moment.
"It isn't very often you get a glimpse of the future,” Mabus said in a statement. "The operational unmanned aircraft soon to be developed have the opportunity to radically change the way presence and combat power are delivered from our aircraft carriers."
