Thanks David. I'm waiting for my dad to bring the parts here. As usual, the nearby auto parts store doesn't have them so he's gone elsewhere.
How are you feeling today. I saw your post of the "rash" you have on your skin.

I'm puzzled by it. As long as I'm taking the medicine, it's fine, but last night, I took it later and the rash started coming back. I've got a followup at the doc tomorrow, so I'll talk to him about it

That's strange. But he'll figure it out soon enough. G2g fix the pro. Lata.

Morning crew.
Bad night yesterday, after a really good day to make it worse. The car left me without brakes. A wheel cylinder decided to pop out one of it's seals, causing a leak and of course, misalignment of one of the brake shoes, leaving me almost with no e-brake action. Luckily this happened close to my house. I'm in the process of fixing it before going to work @ 12:00pm That happened due to an over turned brake drum. I noticed that one wheel locked with the e-brake and the other did not when I checked the brakes last Sunday It's my own fault that this happened. I'll replace the out of tolerance drum, wheel cylinders, brake shoes and the springs, since they look pretty worn out. It's the first time I'll do the rear brakes on this car since I've got it five years ago

That sucks about what happened. But one thing is to not blame yourself for this happening. It is actually a fact that if the car has disc brakes up front that they will need to be changed more often than the drum brakes do in the rear. Also the only way to know if the drums are overturned is to measure them and to be honest I dont do that. It took me three times of changing the rear brakes on my Ranchero that I had to finally get new drums. Oh and the three times was within a few months between the first time I changed the brakes to when the new drums went on. Also it might be best to replace both rear drums due to that since one will be new and the other one not new the new one might grab and lock up faster than the older one.

That sucks Eduardo.
Spring break is finally here! I think I understood most of my midterm, but I know I failed at the dates. Just hope I passed it.

I was at a kickball game. Wish I was playing, but it was Zoe.
How freakin cool would it be to be 6' and 250+ playing kickball against a bunch of fifth graders.
Sucky thing is you can't throw the ball at someone and knock them out. You have to hold it and tag them or force out at the base. What's the freakin' point. The whole fun of the game was beaning people with the ball. We are raising a generation of pansies.
