I really would do it Jim if it were a little closer. DeSoto is like 6 hours away from me. It's up near Dallas. If it were 2 or 3 hours I'd go get them for you and ship them out. I used to go to college in Dallas. It's not a fun drive from here.

That would scare the chit out of me too. When I lived in KY I had the fear of a tornado coming thru and having to move the horses that we had form the barn to the pasture in time. The sad thing is like I said earlier we had one go within a half of mile and I didnt even know it.

Greenage...

I remember one that went about a mile from my house. Wrecked a bunch of houses of kids I went to grade school with. One kid was outside and the wind came up so fast and it started wreckin stuff so he crawled in a garbage can. The tornado picked him up and he landed several hundred yards away - but OK! Wow.....

Yeah I know when we move back east that we will have a generator this time so we wont lose power and cant keep up with the weather when it turns bad like that night did. We got hit at 7:30pm form a storm that pproduced 4 tornados in less than a half an hour and the storms didnt stop till 12:30am That was a fun night. Especially since I had to be up at 4am to go to work

Yeah the storms sprawled up around 4:30pm to the west of us and headed our way. Yeah we had no basement to go into and our neighbors said we could go to their house but we just couldnt leave the horses and dogs behind and if anything happened to them we would have felt really bad. We lived out in the country so we couldnt hear the sirens from town at all. There was one night we had storms that seemed worse than those and I actually went out to the truck and listened to the radio due to our radio in the house killing the batteries and I couldnt find any more to put in it.

so I went to the Hurricanes - Penguins hockey game tonight!

It was awesome, we met up with a friend of mine at NC State that I havent seen in a while, then the game was crazy intense...Pens got up 2, then we came back and tied it up, then we went up 3-2, then they tied it at 3, I thought for sure we were going to lose when the Canes played like crap in the 3rd, goes to overtime (which is hella exciting), and we got a good chance and capitalized on it! I was screaming my guts out!

Here's a pregame cell phone pic...is it bad that the cell takes better pics than my camera?

IMHO I would go the first route for the rears. It will be much easier to get the shock to line up when you are done then trying to align a heavy axle with two small bolt holes. BUT

I would get under there early and spray everything down with some PB Blaster and let it sit for an hour or two. Then use common sence and if it looks like the shock bolts will be an issue then go with the lower control arms.

Just be careful if you have to use any heat to get them off. The rubber in the bushings will run from it.

I did a full lowering suspension on a friends 96 and it was not bad at all, but that was back in 1999.

GOOD LUCK!!

Thanks for the offer Gary, I was only kidding.

That guy it nuts asking over 2K for wheels with 7k miles on them, and then on top of it he won't ship them. There are sets with under 1k miles on them going for less than that.
