List of improvements I would change or add to the Street Boss 302:

1. Rear Seat Delete optional Agree
2. Have "Boss 302" on the door sills Maybe
3. Option to start with a premium GT Nah, road cars shouldn't have leather
a. Sync She wont be able to here you over the exhaust
b. Shaker sound Isn't the Shaker 500 standard even in the base?
c. My color and ambient lighting Really.....?
4. Boss 302 rear faux gas cap
5. Black as a color option on the fence
6. GT500 rear spoiler or Saleen heritage edition rear spoiler
7. Unique Advance track TCS tuning It does have 3 settings
8. Shift **** cordinating color with the side stripes To Fu Fu
9. Lower it 1 in Lower ride heights don't always equal better handling
10. 400 lb/tq You don't need peak tq at 7000 rpms, and #'s are very conservative.

Overall great job Ford.

2012 Competition Orange with White stripes please and thank you.
White and CO do not go well together with the black wheels.

Some people are never happy. These are the best Mustangs Ford has ever offered to date. Just be happy you can drive on of these cars and afford it. If they added some of the stuff you guys want the next thing you will be complaining when it stickers for 60K.

How exactly would the '14 be the anniversary model?

Seems like things are a year ahead in terms of model year vs. calendar year. 2012 MY starts in Dec '10/Jan '11, that's quite a bit earlier than I expected.

I had hopes of a '70 style stripe, but that is just a matter of preference, plus I'll bet we'll see that down the road. Overall, it's a good looking piece.

Wanna reduce a bit more weight? First thing, get yourself a set of electric cutouts, remove the side-pipes, and put the cutouts in. When you want to wake the neighbors up, flip a switch and let it rip.

I like it, but I don't love it. The styling is okay, and I am afraid to see the sticker price. I bet its near the Shelby, when its all said and done.

I do like all the other goodies - HP & Suspension upgrades. Ford did a good job in that area. I'm sure if & when I drive one, I'll love it then-lol

I think youd probably just be better off with a 2011 GT and just add what you will to match the performance of the Boss. Just my 0.2 cents.

I was looking at the live reveal photos of the blue car on autoblog. I think the base price of this thing is going to be relatively reasonable. Look at the interior details, no mycolor, power seats or leather. It looks like they started with a non-premium GT and added the good stuff while keeping the weight down. If you go to the build and price section for the 2011, you can start with a base GT, add the front and rear facias, the brembo and 3.73 options and the black back panel and stay under $36K. I think it's really going to depend on what options are available and how greedy the dealers are when they order a spec car. The key will be to order your own as early as possible.

Really? Find me one, just one '64 mustang. Every single first year Mustang is a '65. It was enthusiasts who started the whole '64 1/2 thing, thinking they had something truly special.

Explain why ford uses 1964 as the anniversary date then?
I believe there are 1964.5 mustangs that exist and were sold?

They have previously celebrated the INTRODUCTION of the Mustang. And at those celebration points there has been nothing more than a cute little badge.
Every singe first year Mustang has a 5 in the vin which is for the 1965 model year.

      Simple chart:
      Spring '64-1965 model
      Spring '09-2010 model
      Spring '10-2011 model
      Spring '11-2012 model
      Spring '12-2013 model
      Spring '13-2014 model
Spring '14-2015 model (Both actual and MY dates are correct for 50 years)
