Yeah I should have gathered as much with the guys that bought the BBP on the 2011's. I've been scouring the brake pad thread. Good stuff. As long as I'm up to date on what's good street wise and track wise, I can go forward with that knowledge.

The Camaro has Huge rotors and better calipers(in the rear) then the Boss, Yes I know most stopping is in front but for balance the extra uummph the Camaro has in rear is probably alot to do with it.

The review seemed fair to me. I'm looking forward to seeing the one my friend has on order if GM ever releases the QC hold on the cars.

As far as MT I think this gentleman being an owner of a 2005 Lotus Elise couldn't have said it better. Nice read!

I could be wrong though, hard to tell with the ****ty music blaring, never could figure out why people put music in a car vid. I want to hear the car.

Here's the article:

The ZL1?s mods performed by Redline Motorsports include a larger ATI drive pulley and a smaller LPE supercharger pulley to increase boost as well as a ported blower snout. The stock LSA camshaft which has 198/216-degrees of duration and .492/.480-inches of lift was tossed in favor of a custom camshaft ground by Comp Cams which has 231/248 degrees of duration @ 50. The custom cam was mated to 7.400-inch long pushrods and Redline's double valvesprings with titanium retainers. The stock exhaust manifolds were replaced with American Racing's long tube headers with 1 7/8-inch primaries. Behind the headers, Redline installed an X-pipe and high-flow cats while keeping the balance of the exhaust stock. The ZL1 was also treated to a cold air intake, larger heat exchanger, a set of Injector Dynamics 98 lb/hr (at 68psi) injectors and NGK TR6 spark plugs. The car still maintains its stock 1.9 L blower, stock block and stock heads. To get the ZL1 out of the hole, it was fitted with a high stall torque converter and Mickey Thompson drag radials.
The above mods have turned this 2012 Camaro ZL1 into a terror that traps over 137 mph and is currently running basement 10 second ETs in the 1/4 mile. Enjoy the video below ...

I agree and those numbers could be attained by just a blower and full exhaust on a base 5.0.Not impressed. Especially with that torque converter

Bingo!

These guys are doing a lot of work to get into the 10's where I have a feeling the 2013 GT500 would just do that with drag slicks and a good driver.

Guys were getting into the 10s with the '07 GT500s with a TVS blower swap, pulley, DRs, control arms and a one-piece DS on the stock fuel system.

True, but I'm just saying you probably only have to swap tires on the GT500 not do all the other stuff.
