It's the drain for the trunk mounted intercooler tank. If I want to add ice I can dump some water first.

Got it. Maybe I'm missing something, but wouldn't the drain be on the bottom? Seems like if the tank was in the spare tire well, the valve is at the top of the tank...

It's mounted on a stand.

Gotcha! That looks great! Are you running a fuel cell, or the OEM tank?

Thank you. It's an oem tank but from a 2014 gt500 with dual fuel pumps.

Lexiion is coming over tonight for another wiring session. I'm going to do everything I can to drive the car this weekend even if the wiring isn't finished. I've got an itch that only an ecoboost mustang can scratch The weather is perfect right now and I have no plans for the weekend but to wash my cars and to drive this mustang!

I am pretty confident that you can take it for a ride tomorrow or Sunday

I added a 150 amp stinger breaker in case something happens to the 12v wire I ran to the front of the car.

So we worked for 3 hours on the wiring and accomplished some goals. I now have brake lights, turn signals, reverse lights, park lights, low and high beam headlights and fog lights. The kill switch is wired completely including the extra relay that bleeds off power from capacitors in the electrical system through a resistor when the kill switch is tuned off. The dash is back in for now too.

I've got a list of items to get ready tomorrow and then we should be good for a Sunday test drive and data log session!

Did you just reconnect the 2010 Mustang system or did you connect up to the F150 BCM and Battery Junction Box?

Hi Walt!

We used the 2010 mustang BCM and the f150 engine bay fuse box.

I think that is the best way, still a lot of wiring rework but everything in the car should work like it did before the engine swap.

Tomorrow I am getting a 2014 F150 Ecoboost engine and 6R80 trans with all 5 wiring harnesses and the PCM, plus a lot of related parts. I should have everything needed for a 3.5L EB/6R80 install, but I have not yet decided what vehicle I should select for an install.

Install it in a 2014 f150 and it will be really easy

How about an older body style 4x4 bronco? Or maybe a late 60s mustang?
