I just got on fmcdealer and looked for anything that might tell the way to find the weight , but was unable to. The invoice you have, should have a weight listing as shipping weight. It is right above the line TOTAL which gives you the total for invoice as well as MSRP. This does differentiate between cars and what they have for options, so without actually having your car weighed at the track or somewhere else, this seems to be pretty accurate.

The car's actual weight, is not on the door jam. But is located on either the title, or on the dealer invoice !
The weight shown on the title is not the actual vehicle weight. It is the weight of that model with that drivetrain, but no options. I order all of our stores Mustangs, and every single GT Premium Manual, for example, will have the same exact weight listed on the title - even when optioned very differently (base w/o options, or heavy 18's, Shaker 1000, etc.).

I am a man of my word. I stopped in at the local truck stop to weigh my car.(8 bucks) Mind you that it's a manual and by itself on the scale she weighed in at 3480 lbs. And that's with my bucket, soap, wax, a few towels and a can of armor-all in the trunk, along with a 1/2 tank of gas.. So at 6 foot and 230 lbs. my ride around weight is 3710 lbs. In my opinion, by itself, I think this car is pretty light. I thought it be closer to 3700 alone.
