I am going to try and get the others out tomorrw and then I think I will have it towed to the dealership to have the guts removed instead of trying that myself. is the motorcraft carb cleaner that much better than other carb cleaners??

Dang, I remember several years ago people were breaking plugs when just changing to a colder plug for supercharged applications. I wondered back then how these cars would be after six or seven years and 50k+ miles on the clock. Good luck Glenn.

loosen a 1/4 turn, soak and remove. He has the extractor tool if needed, and is friends with the Ford techs next door.
For now, Ill stick to the womens plugs on her Focus this weekend, lol
Do I need new or different ball joints with this kit??

It looks and sounds like you don't. I put the similar Steeda kit on mine a couple of years ago on the stock ball joints and it was a huge improvement. The car with all the weight on the nose and the drop in springs made the car quite squirrely over bumps at speed especially just going straight. I was wondering if I should get the Steeda x-5 ball joints but when I talked to them they said either the ball joints or the bump steer would relieve my problem and both were probably not necessary and in my opinion they were not.

Good news, pops said no worries, we will run it on the motor vac machine for 30 minutes, clean up those plugs, and they should come out nice and easy.
