Also, not crazy about that X brace you posted. The way it mounts to the car looks too flimsy. Looks more showy than functional.[/QUOTE]

It's a copy of the x brace that Ford puts in the Boss 302 Laguna Sega. Ford wants about $1600 for the x brace and rear seat delete kit. Steeda will ship the x brace for $300 and I'll have to make my own Rear seat delete kit. I'm looking at one from Champion Mustang for $350 that I might be able to play with or just make my own.

there has to be a way to install the x brace and still retain the rear seat.

The SCCA sponser a Karting night Tuesday. 2 man team for a 40 min race. Me being the heavest got a skinny rail of a kid for our team. All the other teams were saying for each driver to do 10 minutes stints. I told the kid to run 15 and I would do 5. My fat @ss didn't fit in the seat to good plus my right elbow has tindinantis real bad. So the kid drove 35 minutes of the whole race. He started in 1st place and was never past the whole night. My 5 minute drive I was passed by everybody including the hot Dog Vender and spun out once. We finished 9th out of 12 teams. I suck at karts. I'm in Kart 20

Hey Nick I got my old 295/30/18 Nittos NT05's (2 only). They have about 50% tread. They would be good for burn out tires. They need a 10" rim but they are FREE. If Nick doesn't want them the same deal to the rest of you. Just pay shipping or free pick up.

Hey Tom Next Saturday is last SCCA Autocross race of the year. Come on down and we can double in my car. Or you can enter the Mo-Par in the land yacht class. Its at the tire rack track.
