I may have seen my 04 do 135-137 on a country road in the absolute middle of nowhere, no driveways, no cross streets, no homes. Not entirely sure why the road was there. She may have been over 100 quite a great number of times.*

140 in the Boss. Caught me by surprise. Never been anywhere near that since, even though I have tried. Dont have the nerve to do it on purpose.

The funniest thing for me was how quickly grampaw got a ticket after taking the lead!

On the way to the 50th, Gary was in the lead and right after Patrick took over, he got pulled over. lol They'll have to tell the gas station story themselves! Crazy stuff.

I remember a little about it, but I think I was going to the Gulf for a month at the time and I got ****ed up and lost track of what was going on. Imagine that, lol.

Hope everyone had a good Thanksgiving! Thankful to have all 3 kids here at some point during the day, even if it was at different times. First time my baby boy has been home for Thanksgiving since 2010. Got to spend more quality time with him last night.....at the ER Not broken, just a bad sprain. Hopefully he will heal before he goes on his trip to the Netherlands, Germany, and Paris in the beginning of January.

Pics not loading but I'm eating so that's probably a good thing.
Hope he gets better soon. Glad you got to spend Thanksgiving with your family.

Thanks! And it's nothing too gross Nathan. Just a big bump and some scrapes on his knee from the turf field. He rolled it playing indoor soccer last night.

Soccer is turning out to be a dangerous game. We've had 3 doctors in the last month injure themselves semi-seriously playing soccer.

Just been reminiscing about the old days. What is the fastest you've been in a car? Oddly, I've been faster in old cars that I've had than new ones. Been faster on motorcycles than I have been in cars, but that is beside the point.
Fastest I've been in a car was probably in a Foxbody Saleen. Built motor, 377 cu. in. I think (been a long time ago, back in the early 90s) with a Paxton. It registered 170 IIRC (at about 4 oclock on the speedo) and we had it wrapped around past that to 6 oclock where the odometer was, on I-95 through the middle of Florida, AT NIGHT I'm sure the speedo was off at that speed, but I know we were doing 170+ for sure until it slung the belt off (put a dent in the hood, lol) and ran hot, lol. Not to mention we were really EFFED up at the time on various things, lol.
You've never been scared until you've been 170+ in a stock built Fox body. That SOB felt like it was about to come apart at the seams. Took 2 full lanes of interstate to keep it headed in one direction. I expected the body to rip off of it.

I had the '13 Mustang only up to 100 in traffic, but I had a 1985 Chrysler Laser 4 cyl turbo that I got up to 114.
Not my pic, but this is what it looked like for those that never heard of it.
