I think he just did that
I'll text him and get him to answer if he can

Thanks for the heads up Gary
I don't really have a picture, but it comes out of the firewall and pretty much down in front of the strut tower, down by the oil filter (there should be a clip for the cable to attach it to the frame closeby there), route it away from the moving bits of suspension and down into the clutch fork. It's a bit of a irritation if the cable misroutes itself, but it's a pretty easy job really.
Get one of the standard cables with the firewall adjuster and a good clutch quadrant. Makes a world of difference. That plus my MGW shifter is just about as good as it gets! A smooth clutch engagement, and a nice *snick*snick* from the shifter.

well I got it all in the firewall ok and into the plastic quadrent (which I have decided its due for an upgrade) but the routing after the bracket is really what i need between bracket and bell houseing as things dont seem right, I also have a new OEM cable (at least until I can afford the firewall adjustment piece and cable to go with)...
OH and if you want to post the info in my build thread (and read it over) please do!!
thanks guys!!

But it's his truck not mine so it doesn't count......
Yes, that's exactly what I mean! It's way cheaper than buying a condo somewhere. But I do real camping too when we go on our four-wheeler trips with no electric, no facilities, and where we have to bathe in the creek.

And I'll pass on the real camping thing. I need indoor plumbing.

I'm sure whatever image you have in your head is way better than the reality...so we will just stick with that, lol

Well, I had the transmission replaced in the Jeep last week. Now there is a growling noise coming from somewhere under there. Brought it in to check it out. They gave me a clown car for a loaner.

Good luck getting laid in that car

Not really terrible luck, just some pains. The first problem was an oil cap not on right from the factory, the the accident which wasn't my fault, and now the transmission. These have transmission issues that are being worked on. Hopefully the bugs will be out soon.
Actually, the girls like the car. It may help, but at the same time, they may think i'm one of them!
