This place reminds me of the last forum I was on where I got to know the people, cared about them and bonded with them. They sold out to a bigger company, got lots of money and the forum went to **** and disappeared. Same thing is happening here.

I think my lack of sleep is really ****ing up my mind. When I woke up today, I didn't remember any of that **** I typed last night. I spend a lot of hours in bed, but its broken up. I only sleep an hour or 2 at a time and wake up from really bad dreams, and the stuff I dream is horrible. I never have a solid block of sleep, its all a bunch of ****ed up dreams and wake up terrified every hour or so.

I think years of no sleep is really screwing up my brain.

Start doing whatever you normally do during the day at night instead. Sleep all morning. I get much better rest when I work nights and sleep through most of the next day. Then again I'm a shift worker and have no problems sleeping once I hit the bed. I really feel for people that don't sleep well. My wife never sleeps well. Can't turn her brain off. My brain turns off every chance it gets. Lol

I already do that, I sleep in the morning, I worked 3rd shift in the past, plus I got ****ed up on stuff that kept me up for a week at a time back in the day. My ****ing brain never shuts down, no matter how tired I am, it runs wide ****ing open, I cycle back to stuff I did 20 years ago and focus on that stuff, the friends I ran with, the things I did. I can't stop it or shut it down. Not to mention I sleep for a few hours, then have to get back up to make breakfast, then get the boy off to school, then lay back down and wake up every hour terrified by bad dreams until I finally get up and start on more **** for the day, by then its time to get him from school, start cooking supper and getting ready for the next day. I never get any real sleep

Gotta figure out a way to turn that **** off man. Especially all the past crap. I probably should be behind bars right now because of the **** I've done in the past. But I don't give a rats *** about anything I screwed up years ago. It's done and gone. I also read somewhere that alcohol may help you fall asleep but it will keep you from sleeping well. I kinda believe that one because I do sleep better sober but I still rather be drinkin.

I used to get on here after a few days and it would take me a few days to catch up. Now I can not be on for a week and and it only takes a few minutes to catch up.

I haven't seen Scott or Stef on here unless i've missed the posts. We need Charlie back too!
