I'm sorry....I didn't know your mom was sick. May I ask what's wrong with her?

Her breast cancer came back that laid dormant for 16 years but this time it spread to different parts of her body. It's in her bones, her liver and lungs.
Sorry to be a Debby downer this morning!

Oh no.......so, so sorry to hear that. One of my really good friends was just diagnosed and is having a double mastectomy in a couple of weeks. She was lucky they caught it very early, but they found 3 different types of cancer. So is she in FL with you?

I hope your friend will beat this!! It's not an easy road My mom had the double mastectomy years ago and reconstructive surgery. Now it's back with a vengeance. Her blood platelets have been low, and so is her weight, so they might not be able to continue chemo. I'm hoping they can. I'm worried about my little bro. Yeah, she moved down about a year ago and then slowly started feeling fatigued and sick. Found out it was Cancer again on Mother's Day.

I ran wires all the way through the doors. Biggest PIA ever, but it's possible. Took several hours for each door, but I still haven't been able to get the rubber thing back over the evil molex plug on the driver's side. I'd have to remove the whole door.

I'm running them passive. I don't want to mess with going active. I'm gonna use the other two channels on the amp for whatever I decide to replace the door subs with. I think I might try the Daytons you suggested first and if I'm not happy I'll save up for the JLs. Dynamat comes first though.

I'll post some pics when I get back on my phone.

Here's the driver's side. Not professional looking by any means, but it works. Put some leftover dynamat on the back to help keep any unwanted resonance down. I'm thinking I might eventually mount the tweeters in the mirror covers like the guy on here did, but I don't want to drill up my stock ones and new ones from ford were over $50 a piece last time I checked.

Looks good for home DIY job! Get a sheet of dynamat and cover that whole opening, use a razor to cut out the speaker and tweeter holes, and mount the speakers right over the dynamat.

Wasup TMSers? Cruising the Coast was once again an amazing show. No I don't have any pictures. I decided to put my phone down and just enjoy myself. I think it was over 7000 registered cars and probably another 7k not registered. The rat rods and '50 Mercs stole the show at every stop of course. I'm still pretty convinced that I need a '55 Buick in my life.
P.S. The drinks at the Hard Rock Biloxi are not disappointing. But the Count77 band is a total disappointment. Danny just needs to stick to cars. Horny Mike is every bit of a retard as he is on tv. Dude is nuts.
