I think I'm going to get fired tomorrow/today. I need to make it through the end of August, but it's not looking like that's going to happen. I absolutely hate my job and the bs I/we put up with. I've just been trying to bide my time for stock owning purposes, that and my gf being pregnant, but there are jobs out there - matching the pay is going to be difficult, so I was hoping to at least own the stock I've been working my a$$ off, paying into it for the past 5 months (the period is 6 months). We'll see...

That stinks. Hope they're not playing games simply to let you go before vesting.

They were trying use the aftermarket exhaust as an excuse. If I had EVER told a customer that when I worked for Mercedes I would have been fired on the spot! But hey...more work for my new guy!

I'll update if I make it through the day ha. I requested to have a manager with my Service Manager and the Regional SM, and he didn't reply to my request. My previous manager and the manager of that sister department both have it out for me. I've gone to HR and the VP of Service, as I used to be one of his favorites, and they have turned on me - those two managers are highly protected. It's okay, I'm archiving all my emails onto a flash drive today. That *may* be against my NDA, but it's not like I'm selling trade secrets - it's going to be evidence in my lawsuit. I hate corporate bs, and it's a big reason why people bounce from job to job and can't establish a career in this country. I've always wanted to own a business, and from what I've taken away from the big (and wannabe big) corporations I've worked for, is that my business will be nothing like them. I will take care of my employees, entrust them to make the right decision, and make sure they are honest before I hire them.

Yeah ok.

When you put in everything you have into starting a business, how well you treat your employees is way on the bottom of the list. Otherwise just go start a charity. The only thing I haven't liked about some of my previous employers is dishonesty. People will respect honesty even if its not something they want to hear.
