Confession: I want to bang Stevie Nicks before I die. Don't care how big she has gotten nowadays, its a long standing desire I've had since I was a boy in the 70s.
God the things I've done to myself while looking at a poster of her and fantasizing when I was a young boy.

Shifting music gears, I've been able to hang a bit with Jeff Pevar over in the Applegate with some great local musicians. The live music that comes out of there is nutz! Such creative original talent. He's a session player that has done a number of recordings including CSN, Crosby solo, Ricky Lee Jones, and who knows who else. He's always catching a plane somewhere. Acoustic, electric, whatever.
Really nice guy. He opened for JJ Cale at the Ginger Rogers Theater/Ashland with Alice DiMicele a few years back and I've been hooked since. But when he lets his hair down and improvs with the locals in the Applegate like Human and with Mike Stevens with State of Jefferson, it is jaw dropping!! I saw him open with Human at a small club for Indubious and it was so insanely great!! That instantaneous electricity that only happens!
He's done Gibson and Fender demo's on Musician's Friend too. This is more subtle. Just an acoustic teazer of his new CD he just told me about. Google him and Musician's Friend for more.
Looking forward to getting his new CD!
