As far as my diet, I do eat stuff like that a lot, but I just don't eat much of it at a time anymore. I lost 50lbs last year and still ate like that, just smaller portions.
I haven't watched a hoarders show in a while. They can be entertaining. Everyone enjoys a good train wreck once in a while. I don't feel so bad if my kitchen is a little messy after one of those shows. I actually feel a little superior and leave a couple of dirty dishes in the sink afterwards.

What took place with joe and myself was a conversation that was a long time coming and as I always do it is shared between myself and the staff ( as with any business, communication with your team is crucial).
