BTW, CONGRATULATIONS ON THE NEW BABY GARY!!!!!!! thats awesome.

I'm alive, It has been a rough few weeks. I found out last week that my boss is getting let go on Monday, so I have had to try to get things ready at work for me to take over. It's driving me nuts, so much to cover and so much to protect so that when he goes he doesn't take everything with him.

Besides, with the holidays it has been even crazier. Then last Wednesday my Taurus died. Transmission just gave up on the highway. So then Wed night, I had to pick up a new car.

Got a 2006 Altima with 22K miles on it certified to 100K. I couldn't go wrong so I grabbed it.

Ahhhhhhhh just too much going on.
sry about the taurus, but it sounds like you got it figured out

Thanks for the vote of confidence with work Nathan.

Here are a few pics of the Taurus just before I limped it to the dealer. Can you believe they gave me 1k for it??????

What kills me is it had new brakes, 4 new tires & a new gas tank.

Here are a few pics of the Altima. Kinda a mint metallic fairy green color. But the price was right and thats all that really matters.

So here is the new ride:

It's not to bad right?????
i kinda like that color, car looks real clean

Not bad at all. You don't see many of those in that color, and that I really like.

Do they have the my color feature too?

I saw a NewEdge Roush Mustang on the way up here, made me cry a bit on the inside, knowing it was going to get a salt coating

I hate it too, but it's better than messing something up.

Great lookin' Escape Edson.

Gary was working on his car AND watching them Cowboys win baby!

My battery not only gets disconnected more than a long distance phone call to Russia, but it also gets pulled out more than a pecker at a dollar star.

Ditto. I'm thinking of calling in a bomb threat to work.

Where I work if somebody called in a bomb threat we wouldn't hear about it until a bomb went off. They don't tell us anything. That place was on fire 2 floors below my department and they didn't tell us to get out of the building until after the fire dept had already been there 2 hours

I worked in a big office building for a few years and they finally had to ban popcorn in the breakroom microwaves because of all the fires people were causing. No real damage. Just a ton of smoke and me trying to decide if I felt like evacuating or not. I usually did for a smoke break back then.
