I will buy Jack Stands!!!
I'm insanely pissed. The highest temp it got to today was 49(I'm back in florida), wind blowing all day, wind chill was ~40. I spent 6 hours putting the new stereo in the truck. Checked to make sure I was getting power before I hooked up the speakers, I was. Now, 4 speakers later I'm getting no F***ing power!
My fingertips are just starting to regain feeling, apparently I beat em up pretty good. I'm stumped. I don't know where to look. I'm gonna re-do my power wire connections, but if that doesn't work I'm

Not sure what it could be. Make sure your ground is nice and tight. I've had problems with that before.

Fuse on the back of the radio is fine, parents got me thinking there. I'll be checking the fuse box tommorow. One may have popped, cuz the wire nuts came off the ignition and battery power lines and they touched and sparked... After I was getting power

HAHAHA yeah to say the least. In all honesty though that car would cruise at 80mph all day long on the highway as straight as an arrow without complaint, no vibrations or noises. They really are very good cars.
Yeah, not a very popular color. It's kinda grandpa-ish, but it gets the job done.
What pisses me off is, I have no way to play my iPod in it. I went to order an interface for it but because I don't have a SAT ready radio they don't make one for it. Sooo I went to get an iPod specific FM modulator that will charge the iPod too. But that cost as much as $150. I can get a new head unit for that price.
So on that note:
All of you radio experts, what head unit would you recommend?? All I want is iPod ready and .... well thats it. Something around $150. Any suggestions?
