Nathan, try wrapping around the intake with some tape? And silicone to plug the hole. The tape is extra support
I'll see how much supplies are to make my own. Do you have pix of your boxes?

There was duct tape over the hole when I got it. Might work for a temporary fix, but I wouldn't trust it. It seems like everytime I try to save a few bucks, I end up getting crapped on. ![Nonono](https://themustangsource.com/forums/images/smilies/nonono.gif)
No pics, but they're pretty similar to these: http://www.crutchfield.com/p_2366900...00.html?tp=127

How bout if you try getting like a piece of a milk jug cut just over the size of the hole and using a lil bit of silicone to seal it on there??

Happy new year back to you crew!
To fix the hole on the intake, fiberglass will be your best solution there. It's thin, strong and holds up pretty well, or steel epoxy. Just remember to put some tape on the inside of the part to keep the stuff from falling down while it's applied and during the curing process.

I could try something like that, but I don't want it to look crappy. Need to find some sort of black plastic.

I've never used fiberglass before. I should send it to Arin.
