Right. You knew it was coming. But thats hollywood spouting bs about reality. What's new?
The US has NEVER had to evac a city that large and though mistakes were made, the people worked their *** off. And what's new about Admin Agencies & their fat *** bureaucratic entrenched do nothing staffs screwin stuff up!!?? That ain't Bush's fault. The real disaster was started decades ago by the "Corps of Alleged Engineers".
I loved how Bush finally spilled a bit of emotion his final days and said "don't tell me we didn't help! we pulled THIRTY THOUSAND PEOPLE from rooftops with ANG helicopters!"
Still like the show and like the music and can set the politics aside because I see thru their shallow ***. What a stupid place to live though!

Like Avatar. Forget the conservative slam about the corporate greed angle for a minute. The real hero IS the Marine - but Jake Sully - not the general or whatever he is. And the real dream from beginning to end - not all the side plots - a Marine that lost his legs doing his job for his Country. Little ol stick legs, wheelchair bound. VA ignores him. Gets a second chance to have legs. Can now RUN again!! JUMP again!! And is the stud of the flick. A REAL Marine that respects right and wrong, and his job as a Marine, tougher than nails with Marine savvy, and WINS in the end! But you missed all of that.

Otherwise I wouldn't watch any tv. Although I did that for 10+ years too and only watched Netflix. Turned and burned about 20+ a month.
I am flexible and fairly diverse without swaying my strong core beliefs.
