1993 Camaro. The first year the new body style came out. Lol. I thought that was cool. Not really looking back. Lol. Prior to my Camaro I was driving a 1983 Cutlass, 4 door and brown. Talk about ugly. Man that thing was so ugly that a homeless guy who was hitchhiking wouldn't be seen driving in it. Lol. My grandfather gave me the car after he passed away. Lol.

My co-worker had a Pacer and she said it is one of her favorite cars of all-time! She told me that the drivers side door was longer than the passengers side? Never knew that little tidbit! Even my dad considered getting one and I remember begging him NOT to get it!

I thought it was ahead of its time and saddled with a bad name. Glad it didn't replace the 'Stang but I wish they kept evolving it. Ford has been really bad at this in the past, but hopefully that's a thing if the past. One more thing, the Probe had great rims. Never owned a Probe myself, but had its Cuz, the Mazda MX-6. One if the best cars I ever owned, and I've had far too many.

Always thought those Camaros' looked like really big FORD Probes.
And I think the Probe was killed when Ford decided not to shelf the Mustang as they only were interested in building one Sport Coupe.

Agree with the both of you! The car had its shortcomings but if Ford would've invested more time and money into it, it would've been BEAST! Glad to see open-minded people here for a change Now if only I could see more spy pics of the '15 stang but with less camouflage....

Whoah!? Someone touched a nerve.
Seriously though. I always thought it was cutting edge at the time. Very fast and quiet. Handled extremely well. I dare say that the 2nd generation could have been brought out ten years later and it still would have been in the run of things. Of course with all the latest electrical upgrades, but I'm talking aesthetics.

That pacer ad brings back memories as my dad use to own one. We used to call them " aquarium's" back in the days.
Of course i won't show the pic where you see me sitting on the hood with a big smile off my face. But i'm sure you get the picture.
He had so many problems of all kinds that he went out to get a `76 Mercury Monarch to replace it.

As far as camouflage-less pics are concerned I'am not worried in that Ford has to do extensive "quality" testing before the pre-production builds start. Ford is going to be a VERY busy bee with all the new vehicle launches next year.

I was a bit confused there Torr and wasn't quite sure what you meant as what really threw me off was when something about the AMC 6 cylinder having a 22 gal tank had been mentioned so from that I assumed it was the Pacer in which you were referring to..
Anyway thanks for clearing everything up and personally I never had anything against the Probe, but IMHO nothing can replace the Mustang and I won't deny the fact that if Ford had went along with it's original plans for having the Probe emerge as the car to succeed the Mustang, I would definitely had been furious as hell and I'm sure that every single person on this website would as well..

You probably meant Detroit Auto Show since that is in January. My gut tells me that Ford will reveal it at the LA Auto Show and have a Job 1 of around late 4th quarter in turn be in dealer lots by April. With the way they've started the marketing campaign already it seems like the reveal will be sooner rather than later. The Detroit show I'am thinking will be reserved for the F-150 instead.

I also firmly believe the 15MY will indeed be introduced at the New York Auto Show on April 17th of 2014 to mark the 50th anniversary of the original 64 1/2 Mustang that was introduced exactly 50 years to the day at the New York State Worlds Fair on April 17th of 1964 !
