Nope havent pm'ed her today. Going to try calling ford service and my dealer and see whats up. Today marks 12 weeks since i ordered the car...no delivery.

 

Called Ford Service and got my case escalated. Should hear back in 2-3 business days.

 

Hi Kay50h, I'm in the same position as you. I had my case escalated 2 weeks ago and I'm still waiting for an answer from them. I sent comments to some Mtl newspaper today, I hope they will publish it

This Thursday makes 14 weeks for me. Hang in there I did not show transit until week 13 . Deysha has kept me sain

Get the Visibilty Report from your Dealer. Mine showed a Few Released then Back "at Plant"...this seemed to go on for a while, then on May 17th it was released again...I guess it finally passed the QC a few days ago and was put on a train on the 26th. Estimated Delivery on the 27th.

Seems like its 1 week after it gets released that it get put on the rail/truck.

This coincides with other people from other build weeks.

Did anyone happen to find out what the hold on our cars were exactly for?

DanielSTEJ and Kay50h - Great news for both of you after that long wait. I am happy to hear that your cars are finally on the way.

Now I am kind of worried mine will be another ten weeks. Weird how some seem to go through and get delivered in like 5 or 6 weeks and others take forever.

 

Hey Son,

I am on week 12 and 2 days at the moment.

It seems like week 11 they get released from the plant and week 12-13 they get shipped (for any that got pulled for the quality control or re-stitching).

Upside of this is from all the cars that got put on hold and pulled aside...every person has said panelling issues are fixed and car drives great. I will post my opinions once I receive the car. I am quite confident the car will be perfect.
