I have a VIN! Baby steps, but that is definitely progress!
Anyone have any experience with COTUS not showing the order description completely? Everything is there except the upgraded differential. I have asked Deysha if she can check, of course, but wondering if others have seen similar missing items on the COTUS order description.

 

I've been checking the 3 different COTUS sites each day and they work about 50% of the time it seems. When one doesn't work though, another usually does. The problem I encounter is not with the information though. Whenever it does find my car, it is accurate... I only put my trust in Deysh's info!
Each step is as exciting as the one before it! Once something updates, you can't not get excited!

 

Thanks Jman69. I will wait and see what Deysha says. I will be VERY annoyed if the dealer put the order in wrong though!

 

I ordered the Magnetic with PP and 50 badging on 02/19. (Still waiting). But all my options show up correctly.Deysha should be of help she has been a blessing on here.

Jman69 can you post the cotus sites you have been checking?

I have been awaiting shipment since 4/8 with no changes...nice to see everyone getting their cars...hoping for some movement on mine.

Are the 3 different sites I have been checking. I found them from info on this board via different posts. In my research, these sites are not 100% vetted out, which is probably why Ford has several versions and also does not direct customers to them for tracking (yet), rather have a professional like Deysha to ensure we are all informed.

What Ford has in the works is light years ahead of most other comparable car manufacturers for custom order tracking. From what I know most other brands simply rely on the dealer to communicate status to the customer (though I've not ordered other vehicles myself... this is all second hand knowledge)

Everytime that I have used the COTUS sites, they are 100% accurate to what Deysha has provided, however, there is a significant % of times where "My vehicle cannot be found, please check your information and try again". When this does occur, 90% of the time, one of the other sites will work.

 

So , I just logged on to cotus and it shows an estimated delivery of 13th June!!! Ordered on 4/20. Deysha should be providing me with a build date soon . 24 days to go !!

 

Mine just showed up too as 6/22! Dang! You're going to beat me by 9 days

 

Now I'm hoping its earlier than the estimated delivery date. I live in Indiana and one of the biggest mustang dealers is right next door to my dealer. I'm hoping that maybe my car ships out with the other dealer cars or something like that. I have no idea how it works.

9 days is pretty okay DevliedBLUE. Especially when we see people been waiting here from February. 😱
