The paxton is currently on our site, we have it exclusively for the V6 and the V8. We state is has 475,conservitively and safely....

Amy,

Do you also have any details about what is included in the Shelby Power pack, handling pack, suspension pack, and an ETA for their availability??

Barrett-Jackson?

Hello Amy,

I am looking forward to the Barrett-Jackson auction in Scottsdale to watch the first Shelby GT get auctioned off? Will Shelby Autos have a display at the auction?

SHELBY HAD A VERY COOL DISPLAY WITH FORD.ASU05GT

GEEEEZ, Randy!!!! I already tried that tack with her..... it did not work! Nice try, though...
On another thread, she did allude to the fact that they were saving the White & Blue paint scheme "for something special". Not that anyone here could even guess what that might be

Yeah, Randy......my last line was definitely sarcasm.....definitely

Hi Amy, is there any concern about the clutch/transmission when running that much power through the stock setup?

Also, if we do order the S/Cer, what becomes of the Ford factory warranty? As always, thanks!!

Dear Crispy23c,

Sorry I didn't really take it that way - most people in Connecticut treat each other with sarcasm all the time - thats how we stay lean and mean by treating each other like dirt, so I guess it went right over my head because thats standard fare, that why I feel sooooo much at home on this site with such fine people like yourself - all really friendly types.... Group hug everyone..... God I feel the warmth & Love....

I guess you mean something like that right Crispy23c? You know my first name - whats yours??? Your always here, and I'm more or less new to this site - I would like to make some sarastic friends (or real friends I can trust- it's up to you - my hands out in friendship) if at all possible - Truce?

Signed - Randy from the lean mean state of Connecticut who'd like to be less lean & mean... Group hug again... Randy Anderson

we are ok with the 470-475 it will be fine, Ford will not warrenty the SC, but we will with paxton. Ford of course will do warrenty work, but if they feel it was the SC, they could deny the claim

Randy......I was just giving you a comical ribbing, my friend! You are a great guy with a sense of humor who is as dedicated as I am to getting the GT350 produced....the sarcastic remark was aimed at the fact that juuust about everyone knows that White & Blue are being saved for our beloved GT350.........someday. It was never aimed at you.
BTW...I grew up in Massachusetts.....one of the founding colonies for sarcasm

My name is Chris, friend...

Alright - a offer of friendship on this site - here's right back at you Chris - thank you - I need all the friends and support I can get- if WE'RE to get this car - a GT350 - built...

OK everyone if you've been following postings here - I know your ALL NOT from Connecticut - like myself ( where we treat each other like dirt - see above posting) so lets start to be nice to each other (please) and work together and convince AMY & CARROLL to BUILD this car.... If we ALL - drone on & on in our postings being polite pains in the butt - like yours truely - they WILL cry uncle - soon - than later and build the darn thing.....When Carroll went public with the Shelby-GT I was happy for another Shelby Mustang - but I also felt disappointed that it didn't read GT350 on the rocker panel striping.... That's MY two cents......... RANDY

Chris - your dream GT350 would it be a white car with blue stripes or the other way around???? I love a dark blue car / with white stripes, but a white car/blue stripes SCREAMS SHELBY.... Randy

Randy, The right tact would be to assume that as the President of Shelby, I would bring back all of Carroll's Legacy cars. "being polite pains in the Butt" doesn't work for me, as I am a born and raised New Yorker, and I will not "cry Uncle"

AMY - I think you've taken my statement the wrong way - please relax - (like I told you in the e-mail I sent you - I am a friend and I will support you and or anyone that turns out new Shelbys for the masses ) that IS MY GOAL - A Shelby for anyone who REALLY WANTS ONE - and stays the course.... AMY - things are about to change on this site - one can almost feel it - people are basically good - if treated with respect they to WILL show respect in return... Everyone one here I HOPE IS DONE - POKING STICKS AT EACH OTHER VERBALLY... Were entering a new era of friendship and goodwill, after all were all here because of our interest of Shelbys & Mustangs and our love for the car... I know that you HAVE BEEN treated pretty badly here - by a few people - I have seen that every day... I for one WILL support YOU or ANYONE ELSE on this site that IS TREAT BADLY with no RESPECT.....Using my witts and politeness - I will not stupe to verbal stick stabbing... I will be a site watch dog until mutual respect prevails.... So please relax just alittle things will change here....

Amy - What part of New York are you from? I have always lived in Connecticut on the New York line... Born and raised in Norwalk, Connecticut, and the last 15 years in Danbury.... If you are from this area than you know what a struggle life is around these parts, you HAVE to be strong - never cry Uncle ( which I respect you for) and "if you want things in life - you go after it"... Maybe I COULD USE that as my new catch phrase if - "being a polite pain in the butt" is offensive to you... It was not directed at YOU personally - but JUST a generalize statement - please take it as such....

Let me breifly state that, that WAS my personal battle cry (catch phrase) during the 7 months it took me to get my 2003 Mach 1 - a TRUE uphill fight.... Sooo it does kind of means alot to me (just my feelings on the matter)...

During my struggle to get the Mach 1 - I WAS told 100s of times - by EVERYONE I talked to -TO GIVE IT UP- that it would NOT happen - 6500 cars for millions of Mustang fans - your wasting your time... But it was MY time to waste sooo like a pit-bull or junk-yard dog I bit some butt and would not let go of the idea of getting that car.... I made made 50 or more calls to Dearborn, making a list of all my contacts, wrote letters hopefully to the RIGHT people ( got a reply letter from Bill Ford - with a invite to tour the Dearborn plant) but my phone call to the Mustang market manager - got me my car, HE BASICALLY DID - kick some BUTT - peoples jobs were threaten (his doing) HE applied ALOT of pressure in a short amount of time... In a way - it was kind of funny - one minute my dealer is telling me to forget it - the next minute I'm getting a phone call from the owner of the dealership asking for a face to face, and when we meet the first question out of his mouth is - WHO ARE YOU???REALLY??? And WHO EVER YOU KNOW IN DEARBORN - PLEASE MAKE THEM STOP - peoples livelihoods ARE being threaten... YOU HAVE THE CAR... PLEASE make some phone calls and call off the dogs....

So what I'm trying to say is - being a polite pain in the butt - worked for me... If you stick to what you want out of life - and you have a mission - you will win out in the long run...

My wife about a month or so ago - saw me on this site and said - OH NO - YOUR GETTING ANOTHER CAR.. She remembers what I did to get the last one (same M.O.) as she put it - oh NO NOT another Mustang... I love just the same... RANDY
