Build, Delivered VIN Sequence
#821
If they're able to get them all shipped out at the end of June as promised, then I'll assume that their QA process has worked as planned and go with it. If it spills beyond that, then I don't think I have any choice but to assume that they've lost control over whatever it is that went wrong, and I'll have to look elsewhere. I certainly don't want to deal with a car that's failed numerous QA passes.

I purchased a 5.0 yesterday as it rolled off the delivery truck. It was assembled around the 14th of June based on reviewing the previous posts. I wouldn't wait for some old order when it is possible to find virtually any configuration out there. Incidentally mine is a base 6-speed with 3.73s in gray. However, the base GT's are scarce i found from my hunting.

Latest update from my dealer: still "awaiting shipment" on ramp 5P with May 26 ETA.
Returned from off-site June 3, Built April 21.
Maybe thinking May 26, 2011 isn't funny...
Really, I expect it to just show up any time.

His window sticker says "VPC Shipthru" which means it did go off site, for his glass roof, yet the VV didn't track it. Take that info for what it's worth...

Though I got my car pretty fast after build I agree. They have only themselves to blame for any lost sales the way this has been handled. Though a lot of companies are like that now days. O well maybe after we fill the ocean with oil a big solar flare will hit and we wont have to worry about it

I kinda feel your pain. My # was very close to yours and I've had mine 10 days now. But my builder STILL hasn't started my garage yet, and my (white) GT is sitting in the middle of the front yard,in the HOT Fl. SUN. --COOKING!
