I totally agree. I test drove the 5.0 when looking for a stang. The v6 is a different kind of vehicle compared to the 5.0. The v6 is definitely not for race track folks. Its definitely your daily driver pony car for non drag racers. The 5.0 can be used as a daily driver for those who want added 100 hp over the V6. Then you have the 5.0 with all the performance and brake upgrades for those race track lovers.
For me, I don't race track, I liked a base 5.0 to use as a daily drive vehicle but didn't like it enough to pay the extra 7 grand for it. Im not in any way saying the 5.0 isn't worth the the extra money, just to me it wasn't. The 305 hp sixer suits my wants and was priced where I was willing to pay

Of course you then have the Boss and Gt500. Different vehicles for many different wants and needs.

Is there a TMS Thread Awards show? If so, this one definitely takes the cake for most pointless in a while, dethroning the countless MT-82 ones. And 2011_Kona_Blue can take his rightful place alongside JMatero and Chevys as the members most likely to elicit hundreds of angry responses.

You guys really take this forum serious. This must be serious business, this mustang site. You guys should relax. Enjoy. Were just having a debate. Its not like I have insulted your mother, wife or kids. Its only a vehicle my friend. A great vehicle, but wow. You guys are really intense. Good Grief, name calling. Is it really necessary for all that nasty stuff.

Can't we start over fresh. How much would it cost to buy a good quality driveshaft for my vehicle should I feel the need to drive 135 mph. Meaning, one that wont break at high speeds of 135 plus. Any recommended brands and approximate price of this piece.

In Internet slang, a troll is someone who posts inflammatory,[2] extraneous, or off-topic messages in an online community, such as an online discussion forum, chat room, or blog, with the primary intent of provoking readers into an emotional response[3] or of otherwise disrupting normal on-topic discussion.[4] The noun troll may refer to the provocative message itself, as in: "That was an excellent troll you posted".

Got ya. Well I didn't know what the term troll meant. It just sounded like name calling but no biggie. Thanks for the insight and info.

How did this V6 driveshaft thread get hijacked into all the junk about racing each other, V6=girls, and so on?

There's room for individual threads to be posted.
