Im talking about that KR hood also. The edges may not be as defined as the TruFiber(not by much) but there nowhere as near to the DCF hood which has little lines in general.

DCF hood to the KR hood is still along ways.

It's kinda hard to tell w/ the red paint on the DCF. but somehow I think the edges are a little sharper than they appear to be in the pics we've seen..IMO the KR hood is the best **** looking thing I've seen and I am also crazy about DCF's..just not as crazy

I also like the KR hood however, I am not sure how it would look on the GT front bumper.
The KR looks nice on the GT500 bumper tho...

If someone can photochop the KR hood on the GT, i think that would help alot.

the DCF hood does not have nearly as hard edges as the KR hood does. The pic with the red hood and the one I posted of mine a couple pages back are very accurate as to how it looks.

Im alittle confused. Your not apart of TruFiber are you? When you said you posted a picture acouple pages back i went to look for one and noticed a picture I'd never seen before. So your actually making a hood similar to the DCF hood? Is this one yours?

Is so, do you have more then just this cruel teaser?! So you this hood here:

Has nothing to do with you?

Sorry for the 20 question game but if your actually making a DCF hood look-a-like spit it up! Haha.

The DCF hood and the TruFiber hood really are completely different animals. TruFiber really has agressive lines which in my personal taste may not flow with the Mustang look. I'm very partial to the DCF hood:

That hood looks so smooth and sleek. Again, please give us an update!

Yeah man. Its an optical illusion. Look past the beautiful women and you will see a stunning DCF hood.

When I say look past the women I make it sound easier then it really is. Haha

I'm 45 minutes south of Daytona Beach, how did I miss this Stangfest. Darn a DCF in my favorite color "Gator Orange" .

yes the first link of the "cruel teaser" is mine, I am working on it, it will be much smoother than the Trufiber, therefore the second one I do NOT have anything to do with. I have been trying to get this hood done with my own money and thats why the progress has been real slow, but I am working out something right now that will speed things up A LOT! I will know by the end of next week.

You know because you said that Im going to wait to see your hood before I buy anything . I wasn't totally sold on the TruFiber hood. I'm waiting, and Im sure others are also, anxiously for your hood to be fully developed.

Two questions, is it fully functional(ram air) with heat extractors? And will we be able to use those MRT/CDC hood struts?

Sorry you missed that Stangfest weekend bro - it was a blast

okay - I was going to go to bed but with the interest in the hood on the lambo doored () S197, I took a few pics specifically of the hood during that weekend and dug them out - I specifically wanted to get shots of the vents

Take a look - maybe this helps interested folks
