I have a pic for you all of my grill. clcik on the thumbnail below. As I mentioned, Butch dropped it off to me yesterday. Check it out compared to the OEM grill. It looks very good.
IMPORTANT!! IMPORTANT!! IMPORTANT!!
Due to my haste to get this, there is NO jumper cable that comes with the grill. The wires that connect the stock grill WILL NOT REACH the center fog lights. Trust me, I have tried. I have even tired to unhook the wires where they are connected to the car itself, hoping I can get it to stretch. So far, no good. My co-worker in the parts department is trying to find a matching clip (the fog light bulb clip) to make a longer cable, but he is having no luck. Unless someone has a way to make this work, taking off your grill (which is a BIG PITA, will be disappointed to find that the wires won't reach. Sorry all, I was hoping to have a pic of the grill on my car, but not right now.

From what I understand, the factory wiring is tied together? A strap maybe? I was told to cut the existing strap and it will give ou plenty of room to work with on the fog connections.

Well that is odd since it has been reported that by removing the clips that hold the wires to the crossmember should allow enough play in the cable to reach the center. Oh well, I'd just splice a new piece of wire in there

Looks pretty good. I noticed it appears to have more open area and thus bettering airflow/cooling.

SUCESS!!!!! A few of my fellow co-workers at the dealership got with me to figure out a way to make something up to connect the lights. We sort of threw together the wire extension and crimpped at the other ends pin connectors, then put them in the fog light plug, and finally used alot of electical tape to tape it together. Since I don't drive my car in the rain, no worries about getting the wires wet. Believe me, it looks better than I described. And to answer all major questions, the air flow will be MUCH BETTER. All that I need to do, is get my Pony Package Tribar fender emblem and apply to the driver's side of the grill. Hope you all like the pics I quickly took at work. The only only problem I am seeing is that while the finish and whole piece is pretty good quality for over seas, as you may see in the 3rd pic, the bottom on each side of the lamps, has a warp in it, as its not flush. Hopefully over time, the sun and heat will help bring it down some. Plus the entire grill has a slight slant upward to it. The whole bottom doesn't touch the bumper, it sits above it. Not a bad thing, as it won't scratch it. If anyone has a better solution to wiring the lights, or somehow making more room with the exsiting harness, please let us all know. Enjoy the pics.

Two things.
First: If it fits that bad, do you think they used a V6 grille for their design instead of a GT grille. The fitment problems you described sound a lot like the problems I had when I tried to install a V6 grille on my GT.
Second: Which tri-bar pony do you plan on using? Since they changed the size every few years, there are probably 15-20 different tri-bar ponies out there. I think the '06 pony would be way too big. 99-04, too small. Maybe the 94-98?
BTW, Congrats on being the first!

Thanks for the pics..
Close-ups of that warpage would be appreciated.. Although I may be the only one that's slightly concerned about it..
Also a Dead-Straight on and level view would be nice. It looks like they may center on the stripes pretty well!

I'm more than concerned..... It's those kinds of fitment issues that kept me away from the 1st generation Street Scene one.
Speaking of Street Scene, they are coming out with something similar, so maybe that one becomes the holy grail again
