I mounted deer whistles on my front bumper.

Everybody knows a guy who had a cousin whose roommate's fiancé's ex said his deer whistles were torn off when he hit a deer. But they're only $13 at Canadian Tire and that's peanuts compared to the front end damage repair bill from hitting a deer. If they don't do any good, then I'm only out $13. Anyway, I got the ones with the chrome finish, I like chrome doo-dads, and I like the way they look.

55 degrees and sunshine galore, so I fired her up. Didn't drive her as the roads were salted/sanded last night because of the rain and falling temps.
I can't wait to rinseless wash her and get her all super clean and shiny. I very rarely use water.

(She's actually pretty clean now, considering I drove her twice this winter and it's too cold to be out in the garage to really clean. **Disregard the front wheel. It looks dirty, but I assure you, it is not. Just the lighting and the angle. )

 

Drove around town getting used to my new MGW shifter....

 

Ran errands in it. Haven't driven with the windows open for months so with spring-like temperatures the windows went down and it sounded great.

Deer Whistles




First carwash in 3 months. I thought about taking before and after pics, but the before was just too ugly.

 

Took the CF10's and NT-01's off and put them away and put the 20" TrueForged Competitions back on for street use.

Smacked her on the arz today and told her soon.

 

Dropped the '06 off at the dealer because I'm not brave enough to change the plugs myself.

Thankfully since I've done business with them for over 30 years I was able to negotiate a fair price.

I LOVE the color scheme/stripes on both of you cars. I'm jealous of both. That color combo on the GT350 is close to what I'd want if I got one.

Fired her up today, backed her out of the garage and put the snowblower away for the year. I'm officially done with winter. lol I just hope we don't get any more snow!

 

One last hit of the Battery Charger... Maybe in a couple weeks if the rain gets the sand and crap off the roads. Please oh Please...
