What did you do with your Mustang today?*

It's been hibernating since last September...almost time to insure it

Took my new rear spring perches apart and installed them the right way, while also adjusting them up a tiny bit more, so the right rear measurement from the ground to the top of the wheel opening is 29", left rear almost a half inch more, but the driver side has always been higher ... I'll adjust it down in a few more days, bring it down a 1/4" or so.
Then, drove it!
Took it out to lunch with the girlfriend, then a nice little half-hour drive the long way home.
No rubbing!

Took some "guilty pleasures with the Stang, got on the open road and rolled down the windows all the way and floored it hard, rowed the gears and went a little quicker then I should have...

But it felt good

But it felt good

Yup, though I'm sure Johny Law and his sister Lilly Law would have disagreed with that...well as far as the reading on the speedo...
but opening up felt great, now to just give it a bath...
On a more legal note I can't wait for my steering wheel hub adapted to arrive, then the real wood steering wheel (pictured in above post) goes in!!! I'm excited!

Ours too. Right with you, really want to get the car out. But, with all the sand, salt, and crud on the road, I wait. Killing me...
