Thanks Dave
I can't help myself when the weather dries out. Besides she loves the cool air and purrs like a big cat.

Went to Caribou to pick up some amazing Coffee, went to Menards to pick up some new gloves. It's a beautiful frosty morning.

Glad you're still enjoying her Darren.
I do the same as long as it's dry out. Enjoy!

Worked on the 'Stang

well I got the jitters and couldn't stand not interacting with buddy, so I gave him some much required attention, and installed a few goodies I picked up from late model restoration

In stalling the gasket, it was from Mustang Bob I think, along with a metal (brass?) fitting for the shifter pivot, should firm it up a lot better then the rubber bushing I had there...

I'd say theres more kinds of tea than just sweet, but I have a feeling you might be a southerner. In which case you would probably agree w/ as one of my buddies from NC would say "There's sweet tea...and then theres just dirty water"

Nathan - you made me weak in the knees. Hearing it in person is infinitely better than in videos. I got the pleasure of seeing and hearing it in person. It's unreal. Love it.

Btw, he can't get Kooks side pipes anymore - they're no longer available. You and I and (Ford20) might be the only guys left here that have 'em.

Now I just need the hardware kit to arrive (was hoping it would be Monday) but its not here, so now I need to get that in, along with the firewall adjuster and the lower boot to have the stang running again...uuug....

They don't sell them anymore? Guess we lucked out! They're probably my favorite mod. And I'm still dying to hear Marilyn. Can't imagine how it sounds with the headers.

aftermarket parts, aftermarket problems

Found out the hard way that things aren't in the same location on the FRPP intake manifold vs the stock one... Looks like I'm going to have to remote mount

Yeah - I called Kooks about something, I don't remember. Ah I remember now, it was about the fasteners for the side pipes - I wanted to make sure they were included in my order. Great customer service too. But anyways, the guy there said that the Kooks Side Pipes were JUST discontinued. Which means, I may have gotten one of the last sets that they have made!!! It's a rare gem indeed!

I might have to drive up to Minn next year sometime. You can hear her in the flesh then. If your car makes me weak in the knees, Marilyn's sounds makes me fall right to the floor and cower like a baby and go insane. Kindda like Homer from below:
