Hamburger stroganoff. Carbs and dairy. Neither of which I can eat.

I'm cooking ribeyes, sautéed mushrooms, baked potatoes, mac and cheese, and salad for the little lady and the family.

Pasta caprese - penne pasta, chopped up fresh tomatoes, fresh basil leaves, chunks of mozzarella, olive oil, and herbs.

Usually the little lady and I cook as a team, but I did it all at once and all by myself. The hardest part always seems to having all the different items ready at exactly the same time.

That's what always gets me frazzled (especially if I'm making a lot of dishes), toward the end I'm usually running around like a chicken with it's head cut off.

All the other stuff can stay on warm. Sauces should be prepped and ready. The timing of the entree is most important.
