I think more than one in Austin. This one is on West William Cannon Dr just west of Mopac.
Houston has one on Shepherd Dr just north of Westheimer and one going in in The Heights

No, it means that REAL bbq used to oink, not moo. Beef is an afterthought down here, usually a brisket is made for the snowbirds passing through on their way to Florida for the winter. Gotta make a little money off of the carpetbaggers one way or another.

Ok. Now you're starting to **** me off. Comparing us to carpet baggers is just going too far. At least we don't have sex with the animals before we eat them.

Hey, we don't either. We eat the pigs, not the sheep.

My kids asked me last night what was for dinner.

I said I don't know but I'm sure it had parents.

They didn't get it. My wife laughed. Of course none of them recognized the Seinfeld reference.

I caught something tonight on Seinfeld that I hadn't noticed before. You know how Elaine has gone on about tuna and the dolphins. Well, in the Bizzaro she's eating a tuna sandwich at Reggie's and mentions that it tastes like an old sponge.

I saw that scene tonight but have never put two and two together till you said it. You're right. Everytime Jerry wants a tuna sandwich she says "remember the tuna" Jerry.

And an old sponge too. Like a sponge. You know. spongeworthy.

That crossed my mind as well. That's great writing.

I just realized, we pick on Nathan, but aren't we the ones that really need to get a life?

Yeah. We are kind of crazy. It does annoy my family a bit. Though the wife and I watched the episodes together when they were new and she pretty much gets it. One of the only shows she ever actually laughed out loud at. So it had to be dang funny.

Leftovers. But they are great leftovers.

Chicken/Bacon/Mushroom Mac & Cheese:
  • Box of Kraft M&C or Shells and Cheese, prepared as directed
  • three slices of Velveeta
  • one small can of shiitake mushrooms, diced
  • one healthy fistful of Hormel cooked bacon (we get the 20 oz. bag.
  • one can of chicken breast meat, chopped

Just mix everything but the Velveeta in, then tear the cheese into halves and tuck them into the mixture and cover.
Heat on low for about 10 minutes, stir and season to taste. I use a roasted garlic herb mix from Weber.
The stuff is to die for. Health food? Not so much.
