Maybe this goes in another thread, but anyone smoke poultry at home? How about fish? Never done either one except for grilling. I do whole briskets in the smoker but that takes an entire two days of prep and attention to the smoker. Means I don't go anywhere the entire day, but the result is always worth it. I would very much like to learn how to do turkey, chicken and fish.
