Thanks that makes more sense. Doesn't really matter what she wears, she's still cute regardless. Lol

So, how did you fix the Conecuh, which one did you get, and did you like it?

since I was using my gridle, I made it on there. Gonna try something different next time.

I got the spicy hickory flavor, it's pretty good, but a bit more oily than I like, hence trying another way to make them.

On the grill the casing pops open and let's some of the grease out. It's good stuff but it is greasy so cooking with it might be a challenge.

Just what I was fixing to say. I cook it on the grill with low heat so it browns well on the outside. When the casing starts to split and spray grease out I take it up. Yes, its greasy, but its southern pork sausage, what do you expect?

I still want to try the throw down recipe. Plan to when I'm on the coast and can get fresh gulf shrimp (and/or crawdads, don't care too much for mudbugs) to put in the mix.

I made some good chili with Conecuh a while back. Used my regular recipe with ground round, but added some Conecuh too.

Cook them on the grill on low heat turning often until the casing splits. Then take them up and eat them on a bun with mustard, kraut, etc. what ever you like on a hot dog. Except chili, I've found that I never need chili on them like I do a regular hot dog.
