mussels are some **** good mollusks.

Oddly enough, the first time I had them was in a little out-of-the-way Italian place in Slidell, La. In-shell, piled on top of spaghetti in a white-wine-garlic sauce. Pretty good stuff.

Pork roast with plenty of cumin seeds on top
Polenta with pancetta, rosemary, and parmesan cheese
Fresh green beans with olive oil, red wine vinegar, and parmesan cheese
And a glass of Chardonnay
My wife worked hard outside today so I cooked dinner. She said she'll keep me.

Well, Darren, you're only about three hours north. Admittedly, that's kind of a long way to go for dinner.
