Meh, I might not. I'm a sawmill gravy man. No butter, just the sizzling grease, drippings and chunks from the sausage or bacon you cooked that are still in the skillet, flour scattered in for a roux and then dump the milk, salt, pepper in and stir until it thickens.

Am I the only one that dips my chip into the cheese dip and then right into my own bowl of salsa? I always get my own cause I salt the salsa itself, makes the flavors pop out more to me.
