We're having green chili, aka chili verde (we're white washed haha). I'll post a pic in a few. It's my favorite homemade dish.

steak tonight. striploin pan seared with garlic and shallots then flame broiled. sauteed veggies with cherry tomatoes, olives, raisins and almonds in a pepper citrus on a plate of egg white noodles.

garlic baked chicken on french bread, with spicy yam fries, baked garlic broccoli, some feta and worcestershire sauce drizzled on the sandwich. sooooo good after a workout, on a dreary day.

naw i just enjoy real, fresh and colorful food. nothing takes me more than 30 minutes and always needs at least 3 colors. My talents are very limited though. Years in the frozen north gave me lots of time to experiment with food. I work out at the gym, regularly and fairly heavy so i aim for a balance of protein, carbs and glycemic friendly food. Lots of color = antioxidants and nutrients.
