heavy leg day at the gym today so....
steak sandwich with crispy portobellos, onions and sweet potato fries. No transfat!

Lunch.... Slow roasted pork with pickled onion, guac, and some kinda cheese. The other was rice, an egg, beans and stuff.. Fantastic food.
