WHATS FOR DINNER?
Ha. Pretty much.
Right now, I'm scratching on my dog. I'm up this early this morning because HE decided he needed to pee at 5:30. Then I fed him dog food with beef stock, then he laid down with his head on my lap while watching some TV. I couldn't resist, so I had to scratch on him. Pretty sure he's about as happy as he gets.

Conecuh on the grill, mixed beans (whites and pintos) with a hamhock, mashed potatoes, mac and cheese, and cornbread.
Lee, we did a low boil at the UTV park this past weekend, so i did the normal shrimp, red potatoes, corn, and conecuh, but i tried something and threw in a bunch of brussel sprouts and mushrooms. I know you probably dont like them, but they absorbed the flavor of the zatarans and was dang amazing!

I never did get to do one when I was on vacation, everyone was really busy and we never got around to it.
I've never had brussel sprouts, and you're right, I don't like mushrooms.

Tacos....again.
after a long day I gave in and decided to go to the local pub for a cheap dinner out. I had lasagna and salad and a big chunk of focaccia bread
. While the food was good they insisted on blasting music bingo which was really loud and annoying. ONly one table in the joint wanted to play lol. I scarfed down the food and bolted!

Fried some thin-sliced Yukon Gold potatoes; when they were done I drained off the grease and dumped in some scrambled egg mix. Two minutes later, dinner was served-- with some pork & beans on the side. Pretty good chow.
