Thanks Tread. I'll be sure to bring it up with my dealer whenever I get my car.

Or Falchion can since his car is in Mesquite at the moment.

Yeah, thanks for the info Tread!

My car is somewhere between here and Flatrock, but at Mesquite already? It was shipped by rail on the 28th, does that mean it's here already?

Anyways, it's pretty close. My Sales guy said either late this week, or early next!

Looks like you and Tex were right!

I just got the call! It's in! I going to pick it up tomorrow!

I'll go by CarMax first tommorrow and see about trading in my truck, and then go pick up my Car! I'll post some pics over on the main forum maybe on Friday night!

Keep an eye peeled!

And for the 'nana fans!

:banana2:

Be sure to check your global up/down feature. And if it doesn't work, tell our boy to get it reactivated 'cause I'm gonna want mine activated.

Yeah, I finally got it! Man! What a long day!

But I got the new wheels/tires on it too! Here's a link to some pics! I'm also going to make another post in the exterior mods for some close up wheels shots!

No, I'm still trying to figure out the stero. I did spend a couple of hours drivinng it around today, and then two more hours washing, and waxing it. Now I'm tired again!

Here she is washed and waxed. What do you think?

Looks really sharp! I like the black ground effect under the door, too. Those meaty tires and rims really make the car look mean.

Thanks guys, I took it out again and got it up to 70. No shimmy at all. I guess the rebalancing that Discount Tire did helped a lot!

I really like the Shaker 500 that I have in it too. It's great! And it has had zero problems playing the 6 CD's that I burned on my home Computer for it. Each CD-R has around 5-6 regular CD's on it in MP3. My entire collection in my car! And now I don't have to worry about the CD's being stolen out of my car. Just leave them at home!

It's really cool.......

Just had a Bronze tint job done by Alta Mere tint. Looks really cool, already feels much cooler inside the car.

The pics doesn't show it that great, but here it is......

Did you have some felt put on the weatherstrip? If not, keep an eye out for scratches. It took about a month for mine to show up. I told the girl there to keep an eye out for ya last week. Tint looks good.

No, I forgot to ask about the felt. But, I think I'll just try to keep the windows from going down. I put the air on if it's even a little bit hot.

I think it'll keep the heat down in my car over the summer and help preserve my interior. It's almost something that you just have to have in Texas!

Looks good.

I guess if you don't wanna roll the windows down, you can't see if your global down works.

Oh, I did try that. It doesn't seem to work. It's not really something that I would use, so I'm not going to be going back to the Dealer for that. I was more interested in making sure that the Shaker 500 works, and it does!

Are you going to get a build date this week Tex? Reid said that you're the next one to get scheduled......
