At least I made a big entrance Too bad it didn't do much for the II's image though. Eh well, folk enjoyed the gal. twas fun. paying for a new starter though, not so fun

Turns out it wasnt the whole starter, just the starter bolt. My guys fixed it for free. God, how common are shops like this??? They respect me, do good work, care about their customers and are downright good folk!

Yeah I caught up with him later. He said he was glad to see me make it, and that he noticed the car coming in with its **** in the air (but then again.. who didnt? lol)

Done makin' em lol. The second set is in the garage right now, glue is drying. I'll put it together tomorow morning and snap aonother shot.

Sweet! I like the cleaner look the three red elements provide. One of the hot rod rags showed a sketch of a II with a GT350R style front bumper on it some years ago and it looked pretty awesome. I think about that almost very time I see this thread.....not sure why. There I go rambling on again.
