Tropical storm cleared. It left a crap ton of rain and flooded many places. Luckily I live on high ground. My morning started with a foul burnt wood stench comming from outside. Many years that a jackas likes to burn stuff up and the authorities haven't done anything about it. We have to keep most windows shut.
Hope the fire doesn't burn too long. Back in the early 90's near where I lived, there was a stump dump that caught fire.............it lasted for 18 months. It was miserable!! A year and a half of smoldering wood burning and blowing. There was no possibility of keeping our windows open

How did your area make out with the storm yesterday? Southern MD and northeast (Cecil Co) got hit really hard. Southern MD had a tornado and OC got hit pretty hard. My area just had a lot of wind and rain but we were on the outer band so what we had was pretty minimal thankfully.
We got lucky and just had a lot of rain here in PA. Our apartment complex down in Delaware had a big tree drop in the parking lot. Luckily it just missed a couple of cars. Sometimes my wife parks in that spot!

Yikes! Glad to know you're ok and no vehicle was seriously damaged.
Saw that and it made me cry. Well not really, but I felt like it. They could have donated it to me and I would have taken it. I will take the wheels, tires, and rear spoiler though.
Edit: On second thought, how about the drive train components too...
